MAPUSA: Continuing their investigation against the international flesh trade racket, Anjuna Police have registered two more FIR’s in this connection.
As per SDPO Mapusa Jivba Dalvi during the raids accused person Ms. Maria Dorcus, Kenyan National was found to be staying without valid passport and visa and hence another FIR under section 7(1), 7 (3)(iii) of Foreigners order 1948 and section 3 (2)(a) and 6 (a) of passport entry in to india rule 1950. And section 3 and 4 of passport entry of india Act 1920 .has been registered. Accused is presently in police custody.
Also the accused was found to be staying at Maior Roma resort by jolly Jolly and the owner Sebestian Albuquerque R/o Vagator had failed to fill C form of the accused foreigner lady which is mandatory by law.
Hence owner of resort has been booked for violating section 7 (1) of foreigners Order act 1947 and hence FIR under section 14 of Foreigners Act has been registered.
Further investigation is in progress with PI Prashal Dessai under the supervision of SDPO Mapusa Dalvi and SP North Bosseut Silva.
