PANAJI: A 536-page charge sheet has been filed against the duo in the Jayesh Chodankar murder case in Chimbal-Mershi.
The Old Goa Police has filed a chargesheet in the Panaji First Class Court against both suspect Kripesh Valwaikar and Pritesh Adkonkar.
Jayesh Chodankar, a taxi owner in Merces, was beaten up on July 5, 2023 in an argument over parking. Both the legs of Jayesh were crushed. He died on July 6 while undergoing treatment at Gomekot.
The police registered two cases of hit and run and assault and arrested both Kripesh and Pritesh. After that, both were sent to police custody for five days.
The matter has been investigated by Old Goa Police Inspector Satish Padwalkar, and a 536 page charge sheet has been filed against both of them in Panaji First Class Court.
