PANAJI: A labourer was found dead in an under construction building near Ram Mandir at Bhatlem on Monday night.
The Panaji police said the deceased identified as John was stabbed to death while the suspect Arvind Tiwari has been arrested.
Police sent the body for post mortem with a case of murder registered and teams were formed to trace the suspect.
