The Goa Lokayukta Justice (retired) PK Misra will on September 9 pronounce order in the labour gate scam alleged by the Goa Forward party (GFP).
The Lokayukta today completed final hearing in the complaint filed by GFP vice president Durgadas Kamat who had alleged irregularities into the financial support provided to building and other construction workers (BOCW) during COVID-19 pandemic.
The Lokayukta while admitting the case had said it will examine whether any investigating agency like ACB or CB can be directed to register FIR against unknown persons and to carry on investigation to find and prosecute the culprits
