The High Court of Bombay at Goa had granted anticipatory bail to Pooja Sharma in the Assagao house demolition case.
HC had directed Pooja to appear for investigation on July 22. She is also directed to not leave the country and surrender her passport to the court.
Earlier, in the trial court that rejected her anticipatory bail plea, Sharma alleged that some politicians were involved in the matter and that the police were misusing their power by creating imaginary grounds for her arrest.
