(c) Funds drawn by DEO (North) on AC bills to meet contingent expenses Rs. 11,50,00,000/-,
(d) Funds drawn by DEO (South) on AC bills to meet contingent expenses Rs. 12,00,00,000/-
(e) Funds drawn by Police Department on AC bills to meet contingent expenses Rs. 7,00,00,000/-
(f) Funds drawn by CEO Office on AC bills to meet contingent expenses Rs.9,00,000/-
(g) Hiring of Vehicles Rs.10,38,87,968/-

PORVORIM: In a shocking revelation, it now comes to teh fore that the State government has spent a whopping Rs 56 cr for the 2022 Assembly elections.
The majority of expenses were on the hiring of vehicles, which was Rs 10 cr, a sum in which the State could have bought 100 vehicles of its own.
In North Goa: 309 no. of vehicles were hired which covered1240831 kms and in South Goa: 275 no. of vehicles covered 1340121 kms. Police Dept had 519 no. of vehicles running 2471900 kms.
