PANAJI: Revolutionary Goans Party (RGP) today has alleged that Special Investigation Team (SIT) formed by the BJP government to investigate land grab cases is the biggest scam.
“Special Investigation Team (SIT) formed by the BJP government to investigate land grab cases is the biggest scam.. This is done to gain commission and not solve the people’s issue. Our Goans are being fooled by this double engine government,” said RG President Manoj Parab.
He further said that during our Calangute constituency tour, we have seen how the migrants have illegally grabbed the lands of Goans and have build house.
“Calangute is now known as Michael ki basti. Some of the Goan families are fighting for their land for last 15 years. The Congress and BJP are only behind the migrant vote bank. Earlier they used to vote for Congress and the same people are voting for BJP,” he added.
Parab alleged that migrants are only voting for BJP for protection against their illegalities, all these politicians are not thinking good of the people.
RGP Chief Manoj Parab said that Calangute is become the Michael ki basti.
Parab said that politicians are known for fostering migrant vote banks in their respective constituencies. However, the real challenge remains how the government will effectively control the unabated migrant influx, which now equals the population of Goa.”
He asked people to raise their voices against the encroachment of Comunidad land. “People of Goa from Cortalim, Sancoale, Zuarinagar, Dabolim and Vasco in Mormugao taluka should raise their voice against encroachment on Comunidad land,” Parab said.
