PANAJI: Sunil Kawthankar has been appointed as vice president of Goa Pradesh Congress committee.
In a order issued today, GPCC President Amit Patkar has appointed Sunil Kawthankar as Vice President incharge of strategic management of Media and Communication with immediate effect.
