PANAJI: Crime Branch along with Special Cell Amritsar Rural police today have arrested two wanted criminals from Punjab who were absconding after committing crime.
As per information, the accused are identified as Samalval Gurunan Singh, 22 years, resident of Lehandi Patti, Bhangwan, Amritsar, Punjab and Amrit Kewal Singh, 22 years, resident of Mian Wind, Khadur Sahib, Tarn Tarah, Punjab.
The two have been booked in Crime no 287/2023 under section 302, 120B IPC and section 25 & 27 of Arms Act of Jadiala Police Station.
The accused were residing in a rented premises at Zuari Nagar, Sancaol.
The accused Smalval Singh is involved in committing murder of four persons in the State of Punjab and was absconding.
