BAMBOLIM: An undertrial prisoner Shahabuddin Shaikh (23), who was in judicial custody and undergoing treatment at Institute of Psychiatry and Human Behaviour (IPHB) Bambolim, escaped through the toilet of the open ward today early morning.
Agassaim Police have informed us that they are in the process of registering an FIR. Sources said that Shaikh escaped through the open ward toilet at around 5.30 am.
Shahabuddin Shaikh is a resident of Xeldem.
