Slamming the Sawant Govt for hiding it’s failures behind lies and falsehoods, AAP Goa leaders asked the Sawant Govt to come clean on why it had been sleeping for the past 4 years. The BJP has been in power in the state for the last 8 years and not only have they overseen the unemployment crisis grow but the present crisis is almost wholly their creation. The Sawant Sarkar must prove how many people have benefitted from their schemes whether covide related or otherwise. The Sawant must answer why despite being the CM for 4 years he has just now decided to restart mining, declare door step Delivery of services and free water.
The BJP claims that they have given INR 5000 to all Covid affected in Goa but can they point to a single person who has received it? Can they transparently give a list to Goenkars on how many people have received the INR 5000? A simple conversation with Goenkars will tell you that no one has got a single rupee from this govt. The women of Goa have to sacrifice their dignity to beg MLAs for the Ladli Laxmi scheme. Is this how a Govt is run? Is this how they intend to help Goa’s women? A Govt scheme is only as effective as it is easy to use.
“BJP promised 5000 rupees to the Covid affected families but can they show me who has got this? Families who have lost loved ones are being made to run around in circles for proof of death certificates. All dues are pending on Ladli Laxmi and Grihadhar. How are women to run their households? These are nothing but fake promises” said AAP Youth Wing National Vice President Cecille Rodrigues
“The BJP loves to go to every press conference and scream from the rooftops that they give the best schemes. But as Cecille has pointed out these schemes exist only on paper.” said AAP National Executive Member and Goa Vice President Captain Venzy Viegas. “In Delhi every scheme that has been announced by the Kejriwal Govt AAP has ensured they citizens get it. Whether it is Old Age Pension, Teerth Yatra Scheme or schemes for youth and Healthcare no one has to beg before MLAS. This is what is caused effective planning of schemes and effective implementation” said Captain Viegas
The Sawant Sarkar claims that 80% jobs are reserved for Goans, what are these jobs and where can the Goan youth get them. Goan Youth today is finding it difficult to get jobs if 80% jobs had really been reserved for them we would not be in such a situation where youth would not get jobs. The fact of the matter is unless you have connections or are close to an MLA you cannot get a job. Every Election the Sawant Sarkar talks about jobs, for the last 6 months he has been saying 10,000 jobs like a broken record but where are these jobs ? When will they come out with ads for employment when will they reveal what these jobs are?
In a single year after Covid through the Rozgar portal Aam Aadmi Party have got almost 10 lakh jobs for those under the Kejriwal Govt. This is called real work. Can the BJP provide such figures on their jobs? Instead the BJP waves around fake badly framed RTI’s that are not addressed to the Rozgar Portal but to the employment exchange which has been shut down due to the Rozgar Bazaar. The BJP it seems has no will to work or do any basic research and only knows how to regurgitate Whatsapp Forwards.
The BJP likes to claim they are a double engine Govt, but they are in power in the Centre and in the State and in Municipalities and in Zillas. Their Govt has not two but 4 engines, but they still have not been able to restart mining in Goa. Were they sleeping for these many years?
“Instead of waiving misleading documents why can’t the BJP instead answer why they could not come up with a scheme like Rozgar Bazaar. In one year we could create 10 lakh jobs. Can you imagine what we can do in Goa? Let the BJP talk about why despite having the Govt at all levels they still can’t start mining: said Adv Surel Tilve AAP Goa Vice President.
“How have you suddenly woken up on water, electricity and jobs? Were you in such a deep slumber for 4 years or did you not have any intent? All the BJP can do is make Jumlas and every Goenkar knows this” added Tilve
The BJP levied an allegation that all AAP can do is talk, it is important that the Sawant Sarkar who came to power on the back of buying Congress MLAs remember that the Aam Aadmi Party came back to power in Delhi with 62 out of 70 seats with 55% vote share. This is enough endorsement and AAP doesnt need the endorsement of the BJP especially since they could not win the mandate in Goa cleanly.
The BJP can clearly only lie to Goans and another plain example is the laughable claim that AAP is copying Sawant. How can AAP copy Sawant when Sawant is announcing schemes much after they have been made successful in Delhi. If Sawant is so original than why did they have to wait for Aam Aadmi Party to grow in Goa before announcing free water and doorstep delivery of services
The Fact of the matter is that unlike the BJP Arvind Kejriwal spends the publics money on the public. Where BJP CMs buy private jets there Arvind Kejriwal spends money on free water and free power. Where BJP CMs make money out of escalating costs of flyovers, Arvind Kejriwal builds flyovers under budget and then spends the money on citizens. That is how he is able to make promises and fulfill them. The only solution to unemployment is an honest govt which only AAP can provide in Goa
“All of Goa knows that the BJP is a party of lies and Jumlas. The BJP asks how can AAP create a budget for its schemes, the answer is that unlike the BJP AAP is not corrupt and has shown how it turned a deficit in Delhi to a state in profit. BJP asks how will we provide jobs? AAP has proven by its transparent Rozgar portal that we can provide jobs and get rid of middlemen. The BJP doesn’t want to bring a model like this as their chamchas will lose their power to make cuts. To Pramod Sawant I say we challenge you to show us your vision to provide jobs to Goenkars” said AAP Goa Convenor Rahul Mhambre
