PANAJI: The Additional Sessions Court has granted conditional bail to the wife of Sanjeel Kudchadkar in connection with a kidnapping case that is currently under investigation.
The court directed the accused to execute a personal bond of ₹25,000 and furnish one surety of the same amount, besides complying with other conditions laid down in the bail order.
The court clarified that the grant of bail does not amount to a finding on the merits of the case. The investigation is continuing, and further legal proceedings will be carried out in accordance with the law.
