PANAJI: Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday postponed his Goa tour following party’s preparations to celebrate the Republic Day in the national capital ahead of the Lok Sabha Elections 2024.
AAP has joined hands with Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance aka INDIA Bloc to compete against the ruling Narendra Modi government.
The alliance comprises 28 national and state political fronts with a bouquet of different ideologies.
According to the reports, Arvind Kejriwal’s two-day visit to Goa was planned from today, which is now being postponed to next week. “Delhi CM’s Goa tour has been postponed due to Republic Day preparations. Now, he will leave for Goa next week,” said a source with Aam Aadmi Party.
The reports added that AAP supremo wanted to check on party’s on ground position and preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. He was also shceduled to meet party state leaders during his two-day visit.
