New Delhi: Two toddlers were killed and their mother injured after suspected militants launched a bomb attack on a civilian residence in Bishnupur district of Manipur early Tuesday morning. The incident occurred around 1 a.m. in Moirang Tronglaobi when an explosive reportedly fired by suspected militants struck a residential house.
