The deceased has been identified as Ramesh Ajetrao, a resident of IDC Cuncolim and a native of Solapur, Maharashtra. Police said that at around 10.23 pm, they received information from PHC Balli that Ajetrao had been brought to the health centre by 108 ambulance personnel and was declared brought dead by the doctor on duty. Team Goemkarponn VASCO: An unidentified man, estimated to be around 45–50 years old, was found lying near the RTO Office at Baina, Vasco, on August 15. According to police, a phone call was received from Robot staff at around 1.26 pm informing them about the man. He was subsequently shifted to SDH Chicalim by 108 ambulance personnel. However, the doctor on duty declared him brought dead. During the enquiry, police visited SDH Chicalim and conducted an inquest panchanama over the deceased.
