As per the complaint lodged by Geologist Jeetendra Veluskar, the incident occurred prior to March 27, 2025, at Paryemol, Khaddem in Quepem. Unknown accused persons allegedly extracted laterite stones without obtaining the required permit or license from the competent authority and transported the material to an unknown destination.
