NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court began hearing Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s plea challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in the excise policy linked-money laundering case. Voters were left thirsty and without refreshments, even after officials promised to provide lemonade, soft drinks, cold water, and medical facilities to prevent heatstroke.
