Team Goemkarponn MARGAO: Colva Police have registered an FIR against two persons for allegedly subjecting animals to cruelty at the Fisheries Department premises in Benaulim. The FIR was registered on the complaint of PSI Manju Vantamuri. The accused have been identified as Antonio Jose Fernandes of Colva and Salim of Seraulim. According to police, the alleged offence took place at around 5 pm at the Fisheries Department, Benaulim.
