As per police, a raid was conducted near Happy Bar Junction, Assagao, Bardez Goa wherein Clement Comenan S/o Kingley, age 30 yrs, Ivory Coast National at present Cl Jerry, Parra, Bardez Goa was found in possession of 3.1 suspected Narcotic Drug Cocaine worth Rs 31,000.
