PANAJI: The High Court of Bombay at Goa today has issued notices to state government and Director of Social Welfare Department over non payment of monthly stipend through DSS, to persons with disability in Goa, for the last 5 months. The High court has registered communication received through Disability Rights Association of Goa(DRAG) as a Suo Motu Public Interest Litigation. Notices are returnable on Feb, 1.
