Till date, I have used my political contacts for the betterment of society in my own way. Although, I never considered joining any party or to become an active member of politics; as word ‘politics’ has a negative connotation”.
She further said, “I have been observing AAP leaders work in Delhi and in the state. I am very impressed by AAP’s agenda. They are providing free quality education and free medical aid in Mohalla clinics of Delhi. AAP believe in honest and transparency in the governance. That’s why I joined the Party”.
“I want to work towards Children’s education, youth’s career and free medical facilities for the poor and elderly people. I have been seeing the young Goans are leaving the state for better career opportunities. They are fed up with the nominal perks they have been receiving in the state”, she added.
Valmiki Naik AAP vice President said, “Currently, people have been switching the parties for their self development and not for the society. However, many people from diverse fields are joining AAP because they think AAP is the only party which works for common citizens. I welcome Dr. Nayak in the party and her joining will strengthen the party’s work”.
