This is as per the latest communication on the updated SOPs for Centrally Protected Monuments/ sites, issued by Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) on 18 Dec 2020 to the Regional Directors and Superintending Archaeologists . PANJIM:Director General of Police (DGP) Mukesh Kumar Meena today said that Goa Police will be trained in National Security Gaurds (NGS) training. DGP was speaking at the Goa Police Raising Day Parade at Police Headquarters in the capital city. “Goa Police will be trained in NSG training as there is a need to get an improvement and proper firing practice,” said Meena The DGP also said informed that a new Goa Police Headquarters will be constructed as the existing place.
