ZUARINAGAR: Pramod Sawant on Tuesday inaugurated CERT-In Samvaad 2026 at the BITS Pilani K K Birla Goa Campus, bringing together over 500 delegates and global experts to deliberate on strengthening cybersecurity and audit systems in India.
The conference focuses on securing “Digital Bharat” through future-ready audit frameworks, especially as the country’s digital footprint continues to expand rapidly.
During the event, key initiatives were launched, including AMBAK (Audit Monitoring Benchmark & Knowledge framework), progress reports of working groups, and an Advanced Cyber Security Certification Course by CERT-In in collaboration with National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development and BIRD. These initiatives aim to enhance India’s cyber resilience and strengthen its audit ecosystem.
Addressing the gathering, Sawant подчеркнул the importance of proactive cybersecurity measures. “As India’s digital footprint grows rapidly, platforms like Samvaad 2026 are vital to build robust and globally benchmarked cybersecurity frameworks. With emerging technologies like AI shaping the future, we must ensure our systems are secure, resilient and future-ready,” he said.
He expressed confidence that the deliberations at the conference would contribute significantly towards building a safer digital ecosystem. “The discussions and collaborations here will pave the way for a more secure, resilient and future-ready Digital India,” the Chief Minister added.
The event highlights Goa’s emergence as a hub for knowledge-driven conferences and its role in contributing to national priorities in technology and cybersecurity.
