PANAJI: The Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Government of Goa, has announced a mentoring programme for candidates preparing for the computer-based National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the National Testing Agency and the State Eligibility Test (SET) conducted by Savitribai Phule Pune University.
Candidates interested in availing the mentoring sessions can register by filling out the prescribed Google form on or before May 15, 2026. The programme is designed to support aspirants appearing for NET and SET examinations with structured guidance.
The registration fee has been fixed at ₹1000 for General/OBC candidates, ₹500 for SC/ST/PH candidates, ₹250 for students, and ₹150 for SC/ST/PH students. Payment is to be made at the time of enrolment.
Enrolment cards will be issued at the DHE office, Goa Education Complex, Alto-Porvorim, from May 18 to May 22, 2026, after verification of documents. Candidates are required to carry two photographs and submit relevant documents such as caste certificates or student identity cards, if applicable.
Those already enrolled in previous mentoring batches and holding valid enrolment cards need not fill out the form again. They may directly attend the sessions after renewing their cards at the venue.
