MOPA: Mopa Airport Police have detained one individual for creating bomb scare at the airport.
As per SDPO Pernem Jivba Dalvi on Monday, Mopa Airport Police Station registered FIR under sections 505, 336 IPC upon the complaint of Mohmmed Salauddin,
Manager Security, Spice Jet Ltd., Manohar International Airport Mopa Pernem Goa to the effect that at 06.19 hrs for flight SG-512/GOX-AMD a passenger namely Vimal S/. Manilal Prajapati, Age 38 Years (Male), N/o. Ahemdabad city Gujarat used the word “BOMB” at Mopa Airport Spice jet check-in Counter.
Thus he made a statement conducting public mischief and his act endangered life and personal safety of others. Hence the said person was detained
