Government College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Khandola emerged champions in the Goa University Inter Collegiate Cricket Men Championship 2023-24.
In the finals played at Goa University Cricket Ground, Taleigao, Government College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Khandola defeated Dnyanprassarak Mandal’s College and Research Centre, Assagao by 2 Wickets.
Electing to field first, Government College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Khandola restricted Dnyanprassarak Mandal’s College and Research Centre, Assagao for 147/10 in 20 overs.
Aryan Narvekar: 67(39), and Udit Yadav 45(44) were the top scorers.
Narendra Tari: 3/30(4 overs), Paarth Kossambe: 2/21(3 overs), Abdul Mashal 2/27(3 overs) were pick of the bowlers for Khandola.
In reply, Government College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Khandola: scored 150/8 in 20 overs.
Sarvesh Sawant: 89(60) was the top scorer.
Aryan Narvekar: 2/19 (4 overs), Fardin Khan 2/26(4 overs) bowled well for DMC.
