DABOLIM: A passenger travelling from Goa to Delhi was found carrying a GPS device without valid licence or supporting documents during security screening at Dabolim International Airport on August 10.
According to a complaint filed by K. Kamaraj, Inspector of the CISF, the device was detected at around 6.50 am while screening the hand baggage of Sahil Sood, a resident of Himachal Pradesh.
Sood was scheduled to travel to Delhi by flight when CISF personnel allegedly found the GPS device in his hand baggage. He was reportedly unable to produce the required licence or documents for carrying the device.
Dabolim Airport Police Station has initiated an investigation into the matter.
