Panaji: In a significant move that underscores the deepening cultural and spiritual ties between Goa and Ayodhya, the Government of Goa has announced the acquisition of a plot of land in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. This initiative, spearheaded by Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, aims to construct the “Goa Ram Nivas,” a dedicated facility for devotees of Lord Ramlala Virajman, particularly those hailing from Goa.
The announcement was made via a tweet by Dr Sawant, expressing his joy and gratitude to the Uttar Pradesh government and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for their support. This development aligns with the broader vision of fostering spiritual and cultural unity across India, following the construction of the grand Shri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.
