VASCO: Vasco MLA Krishna Salkar on Tuesday afternoon inaugurated the Mega Apprentice Enrollment mela.
Vasco MLA Krishna Salkar said that it was a golden opportunity for the youth to get trained and earn a good stipend while also having a good scope for a Goverment job in the future.
” This is one of the best schemes taken by the CM Dr Pramod Sawant to tackle the unemployment issue and provide a good livelihood to our youth. The people will be taken under the apprentice and will be given a good stipend as per the category. All the Goans nust avail this opportunity where they will get a minimum stipend and if he is a graduate he can get as much as Rs 13,000.
This will train him and also give them a work experience which will give him an idea of the Government job and he will be ready for the job. They will also get first preference for a government job after getting enrolled in the apprentice mela and every unemployed person must take this opportunity to experience a working atmosphere and get a stipend as well.” Said Salkar.
