PANAJI: St Andre MLA Viresh Borker has formally written to the Revolutionary Goans Party (RGP), expressing his willingness to meet the party’s office bearers during the course of this week.
In his communication addressed to RGP leader Vishvesh Naik, Borker stated that he was unable to attend an earlier scheduled meeting due to medical-related travel outside Goa.
He further mentioned that he is now available for discussions at the party’s head office in Panaji and requested that the meeting details be communicated to him at least a day in advance.
He also assured the party leadership of his full availability for the proposed interaction.
Meanwhile, party sources indicated that the RGP is likely to hold internal consultations before finalising the date and timing of the meeting.
The process, they said, may take some time as the party is currently functioning without a formally appointed president.
