PANAJI: The monthly Narcotics Coordination (NCORD) meeting was convened in North Goa to review drug seizures, awareness initiatives undertaken by various departments and measures being implemented to curb drug abuse.
The meeting focused on strengthening enforcement efforts, improving public awareness and enhancing coordination among departments to tackle the drug menace.
Officials emphasised the need for continued collaborative efforts to prevent drug abuse, intensify awareness campaigns and ensure effective implementation of measures aimed at eradicating the drug menace from society.
