PANAJI: Harinder Singh, the chairman and managing director of Percept Ltd., promised ticket buyers a refund on December 31.
“You will receive a refund of your money if you have already purchased the ticket. Examine the ticket; each one states that it is “subject to government permission,” he said.
He further defended saying how many people will purchase tickets if we sell them at the last minute?
“The permissions procedure takes time. We offer advance tickets because of this, and customers are informed that they would receive a refund if the event doesn’t occur,” he continued, trying to support their decision to continue selling tickets from December 28 to December 31.
