PANAJI: Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC) will hold a public hearing on Jan 8 and 9 regarding the petition submitted by State Electricity Dept for Tariff Proposal for FY 2024-25 of the Electricity Department.
The Public hearing will be held for North Goa on Jan 8,2024 at Mini Conference Hall of – Institute Menezes Braganza, Near Police Headquarters. Opposite Vidyut Bhavan, Panaji. For South Goa, the Public Hearing will be held on Jan 9 at Room No. 407, 4th Floor, Seminar Hall of Matany Saldanha Administrative Complex, South Goa District, Margao.
Petition for approval of the True-up of FY 2022-23, Annual Performance Review of FY 2023-24, Annual Revenue Requirement for FY 2024-25 will also be discussed during the public hearing. Interested members of the public have been asked to give their objections, suggestions and comments on the above Petitions, in person or registered post addressed to – The Secretary, JERC (For the State of Goa & UTs) 3rd & 4th Floor, Plot No. 55-56, Udyog Vihar Phase IV, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana – 122015 or through email at mail id – secy.jercuts@gov.in & raengg1-jercuts@govcontractor.in on or before 21 days of circulation of this notice with a copy to the Chief Electrical Engineer, Electricity Department – Government of Goa, 3rd Floor, Vidyut Bhavan, Panaji – 403001, (email: cee-elec.goa@nic.in). The Petition admitted as Petition No. 115/2023 and is available on the Commission’s website, i.e. www.jercuts.gov.in and also on the Petitioner’s website, i.e.. www.goaelectricity.gov.in for public reference.
