PANAJI: The Revolutionary Goans Party (RGP) has dissolved all its existing Block Committees with immediate effect following a decision taken by the party’s Core Executive Committee (CEC).
According to a press release issued by RGP General Secretary Vishvesh Naik, the resolution was passed during the CEC meeting held on May 17, 2026.
The party stated that the move has been taken in view of the forthcoming elections and organisational restructuring. RGP further announced that new Block Committees will be formed at the earliest as part of its preparations for the electoral process.
Party leaders said the reconstitution exercise is aimed at strengthening the organisation at the grassroots level across Goa.
