BAMBOLIM: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) which visited Goa Medical College (GMC) to take check on Union Minister Shripad Naik have said that he is stable and that they are well satisfied with treatment.
“Shripad Naik is stable and we given advice to doctors at GMC on how to take him off ventilator support; we will again visit in morning and some decisions,” the doctors from AIIMS said
When asked whether he needs to shifted to Delhi, the doctors teams said that looking at the current condition there is absolutely no need of shifting.
“He is very well looked after by doctors here,” they said.
Naik met with a major accident in Karnataka wherein he lost his wife and assitant after their car turned turtle.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, who visited naik in the hospital yesterday had recommended an opinion from AIIMS team.
