VASCO: Shuttering plates worth ₹9,000 were allegedly stolen from the construction site of Venkata Rao Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. at Dabolim, Vasco, on October 17, 2026.
According to the complaint filed by Vasant Prabhavalkar, a resident of Ponda and authorised signatory of Venkata Rao Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd., the incident occurred at around 5:30 pm at the company’s construction site.
The complaint alleges that unidentified persons, along with rickshaw driver Ashok Dandulkar, a resident of Chicalim and originally from Karnataka, acted with a common intention to commit the theft of shuttering plates valued at ₹9,000.
Further investigation in the case is being conducted by Head Constable Devidas Palyekar (HC 6014) of Vasco Police Station.
