PANJIM: Goa today reported 221 new COVID-19 positive cases. While there were 196 recoveries and 7 deaths.
As per DHS bulletin, a 70 year old patient from Marcel with DM+HTN, 70 year old patient from Dharbandora with DM+HTN+OLD CVA , 65 year old patient from Merces with DM +HTN, 72 year old patient from Mumbai with DM+HTN +CKD and 70 year old patient from Mapusa with DM +COPD +UTI IN SEPSIS succumbed to the infection.
Further a 56 year old patient from Vasco with HTN and
87 year old patient from Navelim with HTN +COPD +DM Nephropathy died due to Covid-19.
Meanwhile the active cases stand at 2402, the total deaths are 592 while the samples tested today are 1801.
