PANAJI: A 27-year-old man from Uccasaim allegedly jumped from the new Mandovi bridge yesterday night.
Search and rescue operations are being carried out by Fire and Emergency Services to locate the person identified as Farooq Usman.
Panaji police were informed about the incident by Farooq’s brother who was with him on the bridge before he jumped down.
