Team Goemkarponn DABOLIM: Multiple water samples collected from areas under PHC Cortalim, including locations in Dabolim, have been found contaminated and unsafe for drinking, according to laboratory reports issued by the Directorate of Health Services (DHS), Environmental and Pollution Control Wing, Panaji. The bacteriological examination of the samples recorded plate counts ranging around 175–200 per ml at 37°C and detected total coliform organisms at 14 MPN per 100 ml, indicating contamination.
