The accused Bharali is suspected of stabbing the deceased Tiwari to death with a scissor following an argument on Sunday night between the two after they had consumed alcohol. Meanwhile, the deceased’s post-mortem examination showed that shock and bleeding from an incisive puncture that damaged an underlying important organ were the cause of death. New Delhi: Goods and Services Tax (GST) collections jumped 10 per cent to about Rs1.64 lakh crore in December compared to Rs1.49 lakh crore in the same month a year ago, the finance ministry said on Monday.
