CHURCHOREM: The Harbour Coastal Police register case against unknown persons for illegally extracting sand behind Santoshi Mata Temple Curchorem. The total sand illegally extracted is worth Rs 80,000. The police have said that they have also seized canoe boats without registration number. Mapusa: The Communidade de Guirim has urged the North Goa Planning and Development Authority (NFPDA) to exclude portion of Guirim village included in Mapusa Planning Area.
