BICHOLIM: A police constable attached to PCR Panjim from Kudnem Bicholim drowned in a river in his village. According to the available information the incident occurred in the evening when one Sameer Gad had gone fishing in a river near his house at Kudnem in Bicholim. The exact reason for drowning was not immediately known. Sources said Gad alongwith the friend had gone with his friend for fishing.
