PANAJI: Bank of India (BOI) Campal Branch has been temporarily closed after several staff tested positive for COVID virus.
“As some of our staff members of Campal Panaji branch are tested positive for COVID-19, as a precautionary measure, the branch is temporarily closed till further instruction considering the safety of our customers and staff members,” said BOI in a statement.
The bank further said that this has also been brought to the notice of the Panaji Municipal Corporation/ Panchayat Office.
“We request our esteemed customers to carry out all their related banking transactions from any of our nearest branches,” it said.
