FATORDA: A case has been registered at Fatorda Police Station following a complaint filed by Usha Karkal, a resident of Pajifond, Margao, regarding an incident of criminal trespass, damage to property, and threats.
According to the complaint, the incident occurred on February 7, 2026, at around 1.30 am, when the accused, Swapnil Fatarpekar, along with his wife Pooja Fernandes @ Fatarpekar, both residents of Pajifond, Margao, allegedly trespassed into the complainant’s flat.
It is alleged that Swapnil Fatarpekar broke open the gate, damaged a CCTV camera, and threatened the complainant with dire consequences, including death threats.
The complaint further states that both accused abused the complainant in filthy language in connection with an ongoing family dispute.
Police have registered an offence in the matter. Further investigation is being carried out by PSI Sachin Patil of Fatorda Police Station.
