SATTARI: Police have registered a case against four persons from Bhuipal in Sattari following a complaint alleging assault over a dispute concerning a soak pit.
According to the complaint filed by 39-year-old Ramu Shelke, the incident took place around 5 pm on September 20 at Bedshe Wada, Bhuipal. The complainant alleged that Saidatta Sadanand Parab, Chandrakant Sadanand Parab, Sachidanand Parab and Nityanand Sadanand Parab, all residents of Bedshe Wada, Bhuipal, allegedly assaulted him and his father, Dhulo Shelke, with wooden sticks.
The complaint further alleges that the accused threatened both the complainant and his father with dire consequences, including threats to their lives, following the dispute over the soak pit.
The case was registered on September 21 at around 1.45 pm. Further investigation is being conducted by Investigating Officer Head Constable 5152 Devidas Paryekar.
