PANAJI: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that Goa is the first state in the country to run 210 schemes for the youth and we are providing 157 services through 25 departments.
“Goa is the first state in the country to run 210 schemes for the youth and we are providing 157 services through 25 departments,” said CM Sawant speaking at the National Youth Parliament
He further said that the state government’s prime priority is giving quality education to youth and thus we have signed MoUs with various institutes and universities to strengthen the availability of quality education.
“We have started new schemes for employment, skill development including the CM fellowship scheme and start-up scheme,” he added
The Chief Minister speaking further said the Government has not fallen short anywhere. Infrastructure development and launching of developmental works is its evidence.
“Many developmental works are in progress may it be construction work of international Airport or the Construction of highways,The Government intends to complete the construction work of the highway as early as provide the much needed relief in commuting,” the CM said
