MORMUGAO: The newly elected Executive Committee of the Mormugao Shipping Agents Association (MSAA) paid a courtesy visit to Mormugao Port Authority (MPA) Chairperson Dr N. Vinod Kumar and discussed key issues concerning the shipping sector and port operations.
During the meeting, the Executive Committee introduced its newly elected members and exchanged views with the Chairperson on matters affecting shipping agents operating at Mormugao Port. The discussions focused on strengthening coordination between the Association and the Mormugao Port Authority to ensure smoother and more efficient port operations.
Dr N. Vinod Kumar assured the Association of the MPA’s full support and cooperation in addressing the concerns of shipping agents. He reiterated the Port Authority’s commitment to working closely with stakeholders and resolving issues that contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of port activities.
The MSAA Executive Committee welcomed the assurance extended by the Chairperson and expressed confidence that continued dialogue and cooperation would help resolve operational challenges faced by the shipping fraternity.
The Association also said it looks forward to maintaining a strong and constructive relationship with the Mormugao Port Authority in the coming years.
