PANAJI: TCP Minister Vishwajit Rane today said that there will be no need for the public to approach TCP or the PDA for land approvals up to 500 square meters.
Rane said that the process can be done directly through registered architects.
“There is no need for the public to approach TCP or the PDA for land approvals up to 500 square meters. The process can be done directly through registered architects,” Rane said.
He further said that any file not approved before 21 days will be considered approved.
“All of the above processes will be in a transparent manner online, and the public will be able to track,” he added.
