Members discussed strengthening grievance redressal mechanisms, improving coordination among departments and increasing awareness regarding consumer rights across North Goa.
During the deliberations, Roland Martins of GOACAN highlighted the need for quicker resolution of consumer issues at the local and district level by explaining practical examples to officials from various departments.
