CANACONA : A complaint against an unknown person is registered at Canacona police station for illegal hill cutting at Agonda village.
According to Canacona police, upon the complaint from Rohan Bhandari, D’ Man Grade-II, Town and Country Planning Dept, Government of Goa, 1st floor, Municipal Market Complex, Chaudi, Canacona, to the effect that prior to 11/02/2025 at time not known (TNK) at Survey No.41/15 of village Nagorcem-Palolem, Canacona, unknown accused person carried out illegal hill cutting at Agonda Village, Canacona in property surveyed under 41/5 of Village Nagorcem-Palolem without obtaining permission from the concerned authority.
Canacona police registered a FIR U/s 17-A and 17-B of TCP Act 1974 and further investigation is with PSI, Ajit Velip of Canacona Police Station.
